Sometimes one can hardly help on search engines like MSN Live Search or Yahoo can just act up from time to time. Most recently (pretty much all of today), simply submitting sites such as this one has become somewhat frustrating. Constantly resubmitting hoping to get the end result of a "thank you" page.

Other times you can't even get that far. Because yes, humans run the machines and machines do screw up from time to time and they'll display errors. Not even allowing you to do a submission with the site you are working on. Unsurprisingly, sending complaint after complaint to them wont make things better. In such situations, it's better to just wait it out because if they have to take the time to answer your emails or even just review them, that's time that they could have been using to fix the problem in their system.

Now you may be running into the problem of propagation for the site if it was recently created. In which case, waiting is the only thing you can do. As with most things, patience is rewarded.
