Now as you start your project. Open a new canvas that is 800px wide, and 300px tall. Then open up another new canvas, but this time, make the size 700px wide and 250px tall. Now select all of the smaller canvas and copy it. Now go back to your larger canvas and paste the capied section in it. you may want to change the color so you may be able to see it on the second canvas. Since you pasted the new layer in, it will automatically be centered. Now nudge the pasted section down to the bottom of the canvas so its flush with the canvas. Next double click the layer so you can change the layer properties to give the section a border. after which you lay a few images on top of this template and have them overlap the border and it will give the illusion of a third dimension if you will. When you save it to a .JPG, you import it to your site and put it as the header. The standard page width is 700px. So when you line the border up with the page and header, it looks unique, yet stylish. Simple and Easy.
