1. Don't eat anything with large amounts of sugar. Don't eat chocolate for breakfast and lunch, give up a smoothie and a croissant. Being twitchy and sugar high do not help anything.
2. Find music that helps you focus and listen to it. There is nothing worse than being distracted by something like music.
3. Turn off your IMs, put yourself on DND, and leave your cell phone at home.
4. Take tylenol. Lots of it.
5. Take advantage of all and any breaks.
I'd be having a much easier time of this if I followed #1, #2, #3, and #5. It's very hard to focus on a long list of keywords when your legs are shaking because you are super twitchy, on top of which have a pounding headache. I've been really good about #3 today, but seriously, with the weekend coming up, it can be very hard to focus.
