A moment of Zen

Relax, take a deep breathe, and take a step back. Now that you are calm, I want to inform you about how important it is to stay relaxed at work. I know that any occupation can be stressful. Especially when you are feeling overloaded, all responsibility seems to be collapsing on you, and feeling constantly overwhelmed by the stress. Don't let the stress consume you because it will not help. Stress can cause several side effects including migraines and ulcers. Those are not pleasant and nor is the constant pressure put on your body and mind each day. Instead, try to focus on more positive thoughts and concerns. For example: you have a deadline due and are feeling overwhelmed, stop! Rub your eyes, realize that this deadline is important, but don't hold on to every situation like it is life and death. Try thinking about your project in a positive light such as,: “what can I do to organize myself and finish this project in a timely manner.” There is no need to crush yourself! Find something that brings you joy when you are feeling weighted down by frustration and stress. Imagine a spouse, whats for dinner, or how happy you will be when you can leave lol. Just keep stress down in the work environment, because it may be killing you, but its also affecting everyone around you.
