USA SEO Pros (Las Vegas) has just released it's first iPhone Application for checking search engine ranks and communication with the USASEOPros Client Relations department. This is the first application developed for the iPhone from any Search Engine Optimization company, and allows clients to login and view their account ranks.
Built around the iPhone's SDK for web applications, USA SEO Pros was able to quickly roll out an application that performs a specific function set to a smaller form factor.
USASEOPros has been on the forefront of Search Engine technologies with help from Operations Manager Steve Howe, who was responsible for the iPhone Application roll out and development.
The client back office that Nevada search engine optimization specialists USA SEO Pros provides to their clients was made to show the weekly ranks from the time that they are completed onwards. Over time suggestions were given and questions were asked about how it works and what would be better for the clients in overall user friendliness. These suggestions and such were given to the USASEOPros development team to improve what the client back office is now.
One of USA SEO Pros' long standing developers was quoted saying “There were a lot of requests, some of them being duplicates of others which helped us sort by priority to finish. One of the issues that we’re covering is making the client back office to become object oriented instead of procedural. This will help us smooth out the processes that the system has to go through. The main purpose of this was so that we could track it more effectively for each client and keep statistics.”
There comes a time in many designers and SEO techs lives where your analytics account just simply overflows with different accounts. There's nothing wrong with that, it's going to happen and in fact, is a good thing. Because well, it shows that you're getting sites done.
The limit of the Google Analytics accounts is 50. No, this cannot be increased unless the Google Analytics administrators increase this limit. The last increase was from 10 to 50, so it shows that Google is allowing a lot more activity from users and is growing. Setting up new accounts is a simple measure and is good both for you as a designer, but good as an SEO Tech as well since you'll see what tactics are and aren't working in terms of search results.
You could also work with setting up a Google Webmasters account. Showing you what pages are indexed, what the search terms you show up for are, and a lot more useful bits.
It's not too difficult to imagine that users of particular sites would forget information vital to them buying goods and such. I personally forget things quite often. Recently, I had received a request from a site user that they had forgotten not only their password, but their user name as well. Making password recovery, and ultimately product purchasing, a bit more difficult. If a lack of proper support is given, then bam, you've just lost a potential buyer.
Go off of the information that you're given. With this instance for someone buying from Howard Huge, I had their name and their Email. Still very workable so long as the information is accessible through the database. Passing along the information, a new password was crafted along with a way for the customer to change it as they see fit. One has to be somewhat of a detective if you want to get anywhere.
With the whole promotions thing handled on a few very populated forums, you run into a few issues and benefits. I've been doing this for a bit now and I believe that there has got to be a better way to promote this.
Benefits to getting word out on a larger forum:
1) Larger audience
2) Larger chance for there to be a buyer
3) Many ways to build your reputation
Losses to posting on a larger forum:
1) You're more likely to be forgotten
2) Pages could cycle so quickly no one sees what you've posted
3) The one you build reputation with could be someone who has no standing themselves.
There are far more to either side, but I am noticing that a few more people are looking from those specific forums. I'll have to expand what I know to meet the knowledge of these varied audiences.
Going through random comic forums to find more people that could be interested in what I'm trying to promote. Ran their sites through Stumble Upon, del.icio.us, and I'm going to be making lenses in Squidoo for the lot of them to get more people in there to see what I want them to look at. Of course, having the lenses link directly to the things as well. Just makes good sense to me.
Just recently we've added yet another process to the SEO table in the office. Yes, it's link building, but this time we're going by placing URL's directly in Yahoo Answers. It helps by adding even just one link and later on we plan on tackling Amazon.com as well. I've personally gone in and made accounts for some of our clients on Yahoo Answers for Plymouth kitchen remodeling designs and another client dealing with Tissot watches in Bowling Green KY.
Give it a bit of time, but I'm sure that the link building will give good results for these clients.
On the further goal to help clients be able to recognize their sites by mirroring their sites, I think one I've done recently is a pretty good mirror while still incorporating the elements that we need to keep our SEO work strong. The site dealt with acreage property for sale in Alberta and it really does look like the clients original. Except without that image positioning that the client really needs to fix on their end. It really wouldn't even be that hard....
All in all, doing the best to keep the clients happy.
In an effort to help with link building for our clients, each of us has just gotten started by making our own accounts with del.icio.us which is a huge record of links between users all over the world. This way, after work is completed on a site, you can place a link into it and add in some relevant content about it as a description or in the notes. Or even add some tags to your link.
I'm going to be adding yet more links to mine as it is still small and newly created, but some of which will be for a site I had added a bit of content to for a Christian mortgage company. With SEO being an ongoing process, you need to keep on top of newer developments such as link building.
No, I didn't forget to press a space in the title. Recently we've been introduced into a new toolbar and website for something called StumbleUpon that will ultimately help rankings for the sites as well as give them an extra outlet for gaining better ranks. Having just added a site for rose gold jewelry Dallas has access to onto the list, I expect for its rankings, or at least its business expose to improve.
